Greater Cincinnati Solar Observers Network

Students conduct an interdisciplinary scientific investigation by maintaining experiments that combine astronomy, particle physics, and magnetism. Students will make realistic connections between the individual physics content areas and the scientific community. Schools involved include Anderson High School The Summit Country Day School, LaSalle High School, Madeira High School and Turpin High School.

Jeff Rodriguez presented the Network at the NSF/DOE QuarkNet Review in Arlington, Virginia on February 5, 2007.
