Zoos and Robots at Fermilab

Fermilab helped the Sloan Digital Sky Survey make a comprehensive map of the Universe. The Galaxy Zoo we created is a rich field for research. One team of students will explore this zoo, hunt for unusual galaxies, and measure their properties to help researchers around the world understand what makes galaxies tick.

Robots help researchers at Fermilab. We are looking for students to help us use and program robotic systems using LabVIEW. These robots build and test electronics and optical systems. Working on these automated systems puts your robotics skills to the test.
