Clicking once on the data file name will open that file in your browser window. You should then use your browser options to save this as a text file to a local disk. (On most browsers this is in the file menu.) These text files have a tab between the numbers on each line. Nearly all data analysis packages can open these "tab-delimited" files. You should check the documentation of your package to see how to open them.
Though most datum will contain only two columns of information, it is possible for an event to generate four columns. You will find a description of the information in those columns in the links below.
